Care Planning Awareness

This teaching resource pack involves learners in thinking through specific scenarios with a variety of learning activities aimed at getting the learners to make actual decisions. The pack was originally put together for teaching sessions linked to the Registered Managers Award but has also been used on level 3 health and social care courses involving the planning of care. The material in these presentations is suitable for training on full time, part time and QCF courses (Level 3)
