Food and Nutritional Care Planning (over 65)

The first part of this resource pack is a general introduction to food and nutrition for people over the age of 65 and is suitable for all care staff.

The second part focuses specifically on care planning and review of procedures regarding food and nutrition regimes. The emphasis is on critical review of routines at your setting. You are guided through this process with the help of learning activities (it is anticipated that learners will have existing knowledge of Care Planning).
